We approach buying and selling aircraft a bit differently. So many brokers just push another aircraft out onto the market often times before its ready to be sold. Our goal is to cultivate a community of pilots both buying and selling actively flying turn-key aircraft. Too many times you’ve been in a lengthy pre-buy unsure of the outcome of weeks of searching all the while missing other available aircraft. Rest assured we test, research and stand behind the aircraft we sell. Often times acting as ferry pilots after the sale we can consult, instruct and advise much more closely than just the transfer of property.

How Long does is take to sell my aircraft?
We meet with customers and advise them based on current market conditions. If priced correctly we typically sell aircraft in under 75 days.
What does it cost to list my aircraft?
This is a variable rate based on several factors, typically for Under 200,000 8%, Over 200,000 to 2,000,000 6%, All of our jet/warbird rates are negotiated per aircraft
Do you offer free estimates?
While we do offer free consultation, we do have significant time invested in researching, listing, often flying the aircraft as well as media prep and logbook research, we do ask for a small upfront retainer to cover expenses and time of the initial listing or acquisition.
What payment options do you accept?
We are happy to accept, Cash, Check, ACH, Wire, We are forced to pass on 3% Credit Card fees.

We use two main title agencies depending on the size and scale of the aircraft. IATS & ATS
What type of construction services do you offer?
We provide a wide range of construction services including residential, commercial, industrial, and renovation projects. We also handle site preparation, design-build, and project management.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes we are a registered aircraft dealer in the state of Ohio, We are fully insured in both Liability and often times as named insured to operate the aircraft for the sale.
How long have you been in business?
We have been selling aircraft for 13 years, we founded Midwest in 2024 as a merging of two smaller businesses.
What’s your process for starting a new aircraft purchase or build?
We have consulted now several times with factories on new aircraft acquisition. We have a flat rate for these services. Our job is to make the daunting task of options and operational necessity much easier.
